Declaration of Member's Health.

You shall declare, acknowledge and undertake of the

following:

1. Before you begin to perform any exercise or training or

use VO2 GYM, you must have read and understood this

declaration of Member's Health, which must be read in

consistency with our terms and conditions and if

something is not clear, you should ask a member of the

administrative staff of VO2 GYM for further

clarifications and then agree to this terms and conditions.

2. Our employees, agents and contractors are not medically

trained and if you have any concerns regarding your

health and fitness you should seek independent medical

advice before undertaking any movement activities or

exercises within our Gym.

3. You must ensure that you are in good health and fully

aware that there is nothing to impede you from engaging

in any active or passive physical exercise and that such

exercise does not endanger on your health, safety,

comfort, present condition or physical condition,

furthermore, you should inform us immediately if the

training may affect your health or expose you to any

possible injury.

4. You should declare that you have read and understood

this Agreement and all its terms and conditions before

accepting it as described below by paying your

membership.

5. This agreement becomes binding for both parties as soon

as you sign upon it.

You are fully responsible for your health and body, but we are

in VO2 Gym are interested that you enjoy safety and healthy in

our Gym, and to achieve this goal we look forward to the

.1 قبل البدء في أداء أي تمرين أو استخدام صالة في أو 2جيم (GYM 2VO(

الرياضية يجب أن تكون قد قمت بقراءة واستيعاب هذا اإلقرار عن صحة

العضو –والذي يجب أن تتم قراءته باتساق مع الشروط واألحكام الخاصة

بنا .وإذا كان هنالك شيء غير واضح، فيجب عليك سؤال عضو الطاقم

اإلداري لصالة في أو 2جيم (GYM 2VO(عن المزيد من اإليضاحات

ومن ثم الموافقة على الشروط واألحكام.

.2 موظفونا ووكالئنا ومتعهدينا لم ينالوا تدريباًطبياً وإذا كان لديك أي مخاوف

تتعلق بصحتك ولياقتك البدنية، فإنه يتعين عليك الحصول على استشارة طبية

مستقلة قبل الشروع في أي أنشطة حركية أو تدريبات داخل صالتنا.

-We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any

data and information you provide to us in connection with your

health.

From your side, you agree and declare of the following:

-That your doctor has never advised you about your heart

condition and that you are not currently taking any medication

for your heart condition or blood pressure.

-You have never been told that you have high cholesterol.

-That you have sought in order to obtain your doctor's approval

that you are healthy and fit to participate in physical activities

inside a gym.

-If you are pregnant, you have obtained your doctor's approval

to participate in physical activities inside a gym (for women

only), and you have shared a copy of the consent with your

personal trainer or gym management.

Terms and conditions of personal training packages and

group classes.

Late arrival for group classes

-For your safety, we have a strict policy with regard to lateness

in all group classes

-We suggest that you come to the group class at least 5 minutes

before the class starts.

-You will not be able to enter into a class studio if you are more

than 5 minutes late.

-If you do not arrive at the studio by the scheduled group class

start time and the class is fully booked, the Gym reserves the

right to offer your place to another client.

-We are committed to providing high quality group classes and

to prevent any disruptions caused by lateness of some members

as places in classes are limited, and if you arrive later than the

scheduled class, you will still be charged the class fee.

● بأنك سعيت لنيل موافقة طبيبك بأنك تتمتع بصحة ولياقة عالية تتيح لك المشاركة

في نشاطات بدنية داخل صالة رياضية.

● إذا كنت حامال،ً فقد حصلت على موافقة طبيبك للمشاركة في األنشطة البدنية

داخل الصالة الرياضية )للسيدات فقط( ، وشاركت نسخة من الموافقة مع مدربك

الشخصي أو إدارة الصالة الرياضية.

شروط وأحكام باقات التدريب الشخصية والفصول الجماعية

وصول متأخر للفصول الجماعية

● من أجل سالمتك، لدينا سياسة صارمة بشأن عدم التأخير في جميع الفصول

الجماعية.

● نقترح عليك أن تحضر الفصل الجماعي قبل 5 دقائق على األقل من جدول

الفصول الجماعية.

● حفاظا على سالمتك لن تتمكن من دخول استوديو الفصول إذا تأخرت أكثر من

5 دقائق عن موعد الفصل الجماعى .

● إذا لم تصل إلى االستوديو بحلول وقت بدء الفصل الجماعي المحدد وكان الفصل

محجو ًزا بالكامل، يحتفظ النادي بالحق في عرض مكانك لعميل ينتظر.

● نحن ملتزمون بتقديم فصول جماعية عالية الجودة ولمنع اي اضطرابات تحدث

بسبب تأخر بعض االعضاء. نظ ًرا ألن األماكن في الفصول محدودة، وفي حالة

وصولك متأخ ًرا عن الفصل المحدد، فستظل تتحمل رسوم الفصل.

Cancellation of the training session or dismissal, non-

attendance, and re-registration

-Please be aware that group classes are in high

demand. If you are unable to attend a class or if you

wish to adjust your schedule, it is mandatory to cancel

or re-change classes before twelve (12) hours from

start of the scheduled class.

-The late cancellation period for a class is (12) hours

prior to the class start time, if you cancel or

reschedule within the time frame, you will be entitled

to register at another time.

-However, if you cancel or reschedule after mentioned

time frame, you will be charged for the class and will

not be reimbursed.

-All personal training products, including but not

limited to paid personal training groups and free

personal training sessions, may not be exchanged or

used unless with a valid membership contract.

-Personal training products cannot be used if the

customer's membership contract has already expired.

The validity period of the training session or group class

packages

-One training session is valid for one (1) week from the

date of purchase.

-The personal training package of 8 sessions will be

valid for (4) weeks from the date of purchase.

-The personal training package of 12 sessions will be

valid for five (5) weeks from the date of purchase.

-The personal training package of 16 sessions will have

a validity of six (6) weeks from the date of purchase.

-The personal training package of 20 sessions will have

a validity of six (8) weeks from the date of purchase

-One group training session will be valid for (2) weeks

from the date of purchase

-The group training package of 5 sessions will be valid

for (5) weeks from the date of purchase

-The group training package of 10 sessions will be

valid for (10) weeks from the date of purchase

إلغاء جلسة التدريب او الفصل وعدم الحضور وإعادة التسجيل

● يرجى العلم أن الفصول الجماعية مطلوبة بشدة. إذا كنت غير قادر على حضور

الفصل أو إذا كنت ترغب في تعديل جدولك الزمني، فمن اإللزامي إلغاء الفصل أو

إعادة تغييرها قبل اثنتي عشرة )12( ساعة من بدء الفصل الدراسي المحدد.

● فترة اإللغاء المتأخر للفصل هي 12 ساعة قبل وقت بدء الفصل، إذا قمت باإللغاء

أو إعادة الجدولة خالل اإلطار الزمني ، فسيكون في حقك التسجيل في وقت آخر.

● جلسة التدريب الواحدة صالحة لمدة أسبوع واحد )1( من تاريخ الشراء.

● باقة التدريب الشخصى ل 8 جلسات ستكون صالحة لمدة )4( اسابيع من تاريخ

الشراء .

● باقة التدريب الشخصي ل12 جلسة ستكون الصالحية لمدة خمس )5( أسابيع من

تاريخ الشراء.

● باقة التدريب الشخصي ل16 جلسة ستكون الصالحية لمدة ستة )6( أسابيع من

تاريخ الشراء.

● باقة التدريب الشخصي ل20 جلسة ستكون الصالحية لمدة ستة )8( أسابيع من

تاريخ الشراء.

● جلسة التدريب الجماعى الواحدة ستكون صالحة لمدة ) 2 ( اسبوع من تاريخ

الشراء

Re-subscription:

-GYM subscription, group class packages, and personal training

sessions are refundable in the event that the postponement is due

to the company. Appointments can be rescheduled to a suitable

time with the consumer’s approval.

Payments:

-GYM subscription, group class packages, and personal training

sessions can only be paid by credit card through reception,

mobile application available in the App Store / Google Play or

cash.

Membership terms and conditions

References to “we”, “our” and “Us” are references to VO2 GYM

Commercial Registration No. (33549): Its registered headquarters is in

Villaggio Mall, Al Waab Street, Doha (Qatar) and it its website:

References to “He”, “You” and "your “and after acceptance and the

member are references to indicate the person who completes the

membership application form and they include masculine and feminine.

You must be 18 years old or older to register your membership through our

website and if your age is less than 18 years old, you will not be eligible to

register your membership through our website and should do so in the

Gym with a Parent / Guardian present.

Basic provisions

1. This Agreement shall enter into force as soon as you indicate

your acceptance of our terms and conditions in the declaration

section during the registration process on the site.

2. All membership prices and options are posted on our website

3. All membership fees are paid in advance and are refundable in

the event of a/ canceling the consumer’s residency b/ bringing an

original medical certificate approved by government agencies in

the country stating that the consumer’s medical condition does

not allow him to practice sports activities in the gym, provided

that the certificate is dated a maximum of one month from the

date of submitting a refund request - Regular sick leave will not

be accepted as a document for the refund request - The medical

certificate can be delivered by any of the gym’s approved

4. Your membership starts on the “start date” chosen on the site.

5. This Agreement shall be obligated to you and us, and you will

VO2 GYM and the previously transferred membership

7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the

State of Qatar and in the event of any dispute or claim arising

out of or in connection with this website, they shall be

governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the State of Qatar:

Member's physical health:

11. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the member shall

declare and acknowledge that he is in good health and does

not suffer from an inability to engage in active or passive

exercise, the member also shall undertake that such exercises

will not constitute a threat to his health, safety, fitness,

mental and physical condition.

12. A member may not use any of facilities or devices of the

GYM while suffering from a contagious or infectious

disease, open wounds, scratches, itches, inflammations or

suppurations, as there is a risk that such use of the facilities

or devices may threaten the health, safety, fitness and

physical condition of other members.

13. Before using VO2 GYM, the member shall read and confirm

of his consent to the Member Health Declaration Form by

clicking on the digitally signing consent field on our website.

14. If the member is taking medication and is aware of the

potential risks of practicing the exercises, we need a letter

from the physician to be handed over to the administration

through the reception desk in GYM

جيدة وال يعاني من عدم القدرة على االنخراط في تمارين نشطة أو سلبية .

بأن مثل هذه التمارين سوف لن تشكل خطراً على

.12 ال يجوز للعضو استخدام أي من مرافق أو أجهزة الصالة بينما يعاني من

مرض معدي أو ناقل للعدوى أو جروح مفتوحة أو خدوش وحكات أو

التهابات أو تقيحات حيث تنشأ خطورة أن يتسبب هذا االستخدام للمرافق

أو األجهزة في تهديد صحة وسالمة ولياقة والحالة الجسدية لألعضاء

اآلخرين.

.13 يتعين على العضو قبل استخدام صالة في أوتو جم (Gym 2VO(

أن يقرأ ويؤكد موافقته على استمارة إقرار صحة العضو وذلك

رقميا موقعنا اإللكتروني. ً بالنقر على خانة التوقيع على الموافقة في

GYM entry:

15. You must not allow anyone to enter GYM by using your

card. Your failure to comply with these controls will lead

to the cancellation of your membership, and the fees you

paid will not be returned, and your membership will be

subject to the approval of the administration.

16. You should not jump over the gates at any time and for any

reason. Failure to comply with these controls will lead to

the cancellation of your membership and possibly to legal

action against you, and the fees paid will not be returned.

Fees and payment method:

17. Fees and subscription packages shall be paid in full and in

advance before enjoying the provided services

18. You shall agree to notify us immediately of any changes to

your membership information that you have provided to us.

19. You shall agree to keep a copy of all accounts and fees

paid and you are responsible for maintaining the

confidentiality of your accounts.

20. All of your debit/credit card details and confidential

information shall not be stored, sold or leased to any third

party.

21. VO2 Gym will not leak any debit/credit card data to any

third party.

22. VO2 Gym will take appropriate steps to ensure the security

and confidentiality of data, including the use of various

hardware and software. However, VO2 Gym cannot

guarantee the safety of any information published on the

Internet

Payment method:

23. We accept payment by Cash or Visa or MasterCard debit

and credit cards in Qatar (by Qatari Riyals) for our

membership and other products and services.

24. All online purchases are subject to the terms and conditions

of each commercial service provider. Please review the

user agreement and privacy policy of the service provider

before proceeding in any payment process.

يجب تخزينها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها ألي طرف ثالث.

تخص بطاقة الخصم/االئتمان إلى أي طرف ثالث.

.22 سوف تتخذ صالة في أوتو جم (Gym 2VO(الخطوات المالئمة

لضمان أمن وسرية البيانات بما في ذلك استخدام أجهزة وبرمجيات

متنوعة .على أية حال، فإن صالة في أو تو جم Gym 2VO(ال

يمكنها أن تضمن سالمة أي معلومات تم نشرها على اإلنترنت.

25. When you make a payment to obtain our products and

services, the data and information required of you will be

transferred directly to the payment service provider that deals

with us, through a secure electronic communication

technology.

26. As a Cardholder, you must keep a copy of all your

transaction records as well as policies and terms of the

merchant (service provider).

27. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of

your membership account and payment information.

28. Multiple financial transactions may result in multiple

notifications being sent to the cardholder's monthly statement

of account.

29. In the event that the refund claim is valid, the amount will be

refunded only through the original payment method.

Suspending or Freezing

30. The consumer is allowed to suspend or freeze his

All medical certificates submitted must be original and from

a medical authority accredited by government authorities in

the country, indicating the start and end dates of the sick

leave period, and the consumer does not object to the gym

31. As soon as you take advantage of the opportunity to suspend

or freeze, you are committed to the agreed-upon period of

freezing until it expires, and then return to GYM in order

complete your subscription, taking into consideration that

there will be no opportunity to freeze again within a period of

matter if you use a shorter freezing period from 30 days.

32. Once you start the procedures for freezing your membership,

you are committed to the decided freezing period and agreed

upon until it expires and then you return to GYM.

.30 يسمح للمستهلك بتجميد عضويتة لمرة واحدة وفقا لنوع اشتراكه وفقا لما

ع–ضوية لمدة شهر واحد - بدون تجميد

عضوية لمدة 3 أشهر - أسبوع واحد تجميد

عضوية لمدة 6 أشهر - أسبوعين تجميد

عضوية لمدة 12 شه ًرا - شهر واحد تجميد

ويستثنا من ذلك الشتراك صالة الجيم والصفوف الرياضية الحاالت التالية

الحاالت الطبية /الحمل – مدة التجميد مفتوحة حسب الحالة

وفاة احد األقارب - 8 أسابيع تجميد من تاريخ الوفاة

لالستفادة من االستثناء المقرر سابقا يجب االلتزام بالتالى -:

ان تكون جميع الشهادات الطبية المقدمة اصلية ومن جهة طبية معتمدة من

الجهات الحكومية بالدولة وموضح بها تاريخ بداية ونهاية فترة االجازة

المرضية

والمستهالك ال يمانع قيام إدارة الجيم بالتثبت من صحة الشهادة

.31 وبمجرد االستفادة من فرصة التجميد، فانك تلتزم بمدة التجميد المقررة

والمتفق عليها الى حين انتهائها ومن ثم العودة الى النادى الستكمال

اشتراكك مع العلم انه لن توجد فرصة تجميد مرة اخرى خالل فترة 12

شهر ، بغض النظر عن أي ظروف .وال يهم إذا استخدمت مدة تجميد أقل

من 30يوم

.32 بمجرد البدء في إجراءات تجميد عضويتك فانك تلتزم بمدة التجميد

Health and safety:

13. All Members are required to accept our Declaration of Member

Health Form at the point of registration prior to any exercise

inside GYM.

14. Members should take into account other members by not using

their own towels when using any exercise equipment.

15. Members are requested to return all transported equipment to

the designated places / shelves.

16. Members who are unsure about any equipment should ask a

member of staff.

17. Fitness trainers and gym personnel at VO2 GYM are authorized

to alert any person in a workout if in their opinion the

member/guest is exercising in a manner that may result in injury

or harm to others. Users shall abide by directions of VO2 GYM

trainers and all staff in VO2 GYM.

18. All measures and precautions have been taken to ensure safety

standards, the full responsibility for the use of all equipment and

facilities that shall be the responsibility of the members and

guests. If any of the equipment is noticed to be misused, one of

the team should be notified as soon as possible.

19. We reserve the right to close any part of the building or

withdraw any equipment or devices for the purpose of carrying

out necessary repairs or maintenance, members will be informed

in sufficient time to avoid any inconvenience, taking into

account compensating of members with additional time to use

the VO2 GYM facilities for the closing time, in the event that

the closed part or tools uploaded from service will not enable

members to obtain the full service

20. VO2 GYM has a strict no-smoking policy.

لهم بتنبيه أي شخص فى التمرين إذا كان في رأيهم أن العضو/الضيف

يمارس التمارين بطريقة قد تؤدي إلى إصابة أو جرح لآلخرين .على

.18 بينما تم اتخاذ كافة اإلجراءات واالحتياطات لضمان معايير السالمة، فإن

المسؤولية الكاملة الستخدام جميع المعدات والمرافق تقع على عاتق

األعضاء والضيوف .في حالةمالحظة سوء استخدام أي من المعدات، يتعين

إبالغ أحد العاملين في أسرع فرصة ممكنة.

.19 نحن نحتفظ بالحق في إغالق أي جزء من المبنى أو سحب أي معدات أو

أجهزة بغرض إجراء إصالحات ضرورية أو صيانة .وسوف يتم إطالع

األعضاء بوقت كاف لتفادي أي مضايقات مع مراعاة تعويض االعضاء

بوقت اضافى الستخدام مرافق الصالة مقابل وقت االغالق وذلك فى حالة

كان الجزء المغلق او االدوات المرفوعه من الخدمة لن تمكن االعضاء من

الحصول على الخدمة كاملة

21. In line with the state’s instructions to confront the

Corona pandemic, the GYM and customers are

always committed to any instructions issued by the

state in this regard members' use of GYM, classes,

personal training, or VO2 facilities.

22. I understand, declare and acknowledge that the

training, programs, and events organized by VO2

GYM may expose me to many inherent risks,

including accident, injury, illness, or even death. I

anticipate all risks of injury associated with

participation, including, but not limited to, falls,

contact with other participants, the effects of

weather, including extreme heat and/or humidity, and

all other risks of which I know and appreciate, I

declare of my responsibility to communicate any

physical and psychological concerns may interfere

with participation in the activity I represent that I am

physically fit and mentally capable of performing the

physical activity in which I choose to participate.

Legal Liability for Minors: [Minors between the ages of 13

and 18]

23. Children/minors under the age of 13 are not allowed

in the VO2 GYM, with or without a guardian.

24. I declare and guarantee that my child is between the

ages of 13 and 18 does not have a medical condition

that precludes his participation in the use of the

gym/personal training programs/classes. I agree to

take full responsibility for any known or unknown

risk, injury, death or harm that my child may incur as

a result of participating in using of the GYM,

programs, classes, or use of equipment signed by the

legal guardian

25. Minors between the ages of 13 and under 16 can only

attend classes and/or use the gym with a personal

trainer.

26. Minors between the ages of 16 and under 18 years

old can attend classes and/or use the gym provided

that they complete 10 x introductory training sessions

in the gym with a VO2 personal trainer first, before

they can use the gym on their own ln order to learn

the procedures of safety and optimal use of sports

equipment. All other terms of the contract shall apply

to a minor when using VO2 GYM services.

27. The minor's legal guardian takes full responsibility

for and gives full consent to the use of the VO2

GYM.

يتكبده طفلي نتيجة المشاركة في استخدام الصالة الرياضية أو البرامج

أو الحصص أو استخدام المعدات. توقع من قبل الوصي القانوني.

.25 يمكن للقاصرين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 13 و أقل من 16 عا

حضور الكالسات و/أو استخدام صالة األلعاب الرياضية مع مدرب

شخصي فقط.

.26 يمكن للقاصرين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16 وأقل من 18عاما

حضور الكالسات و/أو استخدام صالة األلعاب الرياضية بشرط إكمال

جلسات التدريب التمهيدية في صالة األلعاب الرياضية 10X مع

مدرب 2VO الشخصي أوال،ً قبل أن يتمكنوا من استخدام صالة

األلعاب الرياضية بمفردهم. وذلك لتعلم إجراءات السالمة واالستخدام

األمثل لألجهزة الرياضية . تنطبق جميع البنود األخرى في العقد على

القاصر عند استخدام خدمات Gym 2VO.

.27 يتحمل الوصي القانوني المسؤولية الكاملة للقاصر ويمنحه الموافقة

الكاملة للقاصر الستخدام Gym 2VO.

The clothes to be worn:

28. All members must wear appropriate and modest

clothes when practicing training in GYM. It is

forbidden to wear clothes that are not suitable for

exercises, such as torn clothes, jeans, short jeans, and

leather shoes, any member who does not wear

appropriate clothing for the GYM may be suspended

from using the GYM by the team or trainer in the

VO2 GYM

29. Closed sports shoes with rubber soles are required at

all times inside the GYM, slippers and footwear used

in bathrooms and beaches are not considered suitable

shoes for physical fitness exercises, any member who

does not wear appropriate footwear may be

suspended from using VO2 GYM by the staff or

trainers at VO2 GYM

30. Members shall always wear decent and appropriate

clothing, including changing places.

31. Nudity or striptease is absolutely forbidden.

32. Repeated violations of the clothing that must be worn

requires a written warning signed by the consumer,

with an explanation that it may lead to the expulsion

of the member from the GYM, in this case, fees paid

to date cannot be refunded.

Safes:

33. All safes must be closed during your visit to VO2

GYM. The gym and its staff are not responsible for

any theft whatsoever and under any circumstances;

the member is always responsible for his personal

property.

34. Temporary safes are available on site for members

only, and each member must carry his own

belongings at the end of his visit to the GYM.

35. Unclaimed personal property shall be kept in the

terminal for a period of 14 days, after which the

administration reserves the right to dispose of it in

the manner it deems appropriate,

Behavior:

36. Members and guests are required to deal with the

facilities of the VO2 GYM and with each other with

respect, and failure to comply with this constitutes a

clear breach of the terms of membership and may

lead to loss of membership

37. Any verbal or physical assault by a member or guest

that is officially proven will lead to the expulsion of

the aggressor from GYM and cancellation of his

membership, and he will not have the right to recover

the paid fees.

.28 على جميع األعضاء ارتداء مالبس مالئمة ومحتشمة عند ممارسة

التمارين داخل الصالة .ممنوع ارتداء المالبس غير المناسبة للتمارين

مثل المالبس الممزقة والجينز وسراويل الجينز القصيرة واألحذية

الجلدية .أي عضو ال يرتدي مالبس مالئمة للصالة يجوز إيقافه من

استخدام الصالة بواسطة الفريق أو المدربين بصالة في أو 2جيم

(VO2 Gym).

.29 األحذية الرياضية المقفولة ذات النعل المطاطي مطلوبة في كل

األوقات داخل الصالة .الشباشب والنعال المستخدمة في الحمامات

والشواطئ ال تُعتبر أحذية مالئمة لتمارين اللياقة البدنية .أي عضو ال

يرتدي حذاء مناسب يجوز إيقافه من استخدام الصالة بواسطة فريق

العمل أو المدربين بصالة في أو 2جيم .(Gym 2VO (.

.30 يتعين على األعضاء االلتزام دائماًبارتداء المالبس الالئقة والمالئمة،

بما في ذلك أماكن تغيير المالبس.

.31 التعري ممنوع قطعيا.ً

.32 المخالفات المتكررة للمالبس الواجب ارتداؤها يستوجب التنبيه

الكتابى الموقع من طرف المستهلك مع توضيح انه قد تؤدي إلى فصل

العضو من الصالة .وفى هذه الحالة الرسوم المدفوعة حتى تاريخه ال

يمكن استردادها.

الخزائن :

.33 يجب إغالق جميع الخزائن خالل زيارتك لصالة في أو 2 جيم

.(Gym 2VO(الصالة والعاملين بها غير مسؤولين عن أي سرقة

مهما كانت وتحت أي ظروف .العضو هو المسؤول دائماًعن ممتلكاته

الشخصية .

.34 تتوفر خزائن مؤقته في الموقع مخصصة لألعضاء فقط .ويجب على

كل عضو أن يحمل متعلقاته الخاصة عند انتهاء زيارته للصالة .

.35 يتم إبقاء الممتلكات الشخصية التي لم يطالب بها أحد في الصالة لمدة

14 يوم ، وبعدها تحتفظ اإلدارة بالحق في التخلص منها بالطريقة

التي تراها مناسبة .

السلوك :

.36 يتعين على األعضاء والضيوف التعامل مع مرافق صالة في أو 2جيم

(Gym 2VO(ومع بعضهم البعض باحترام، وعدم االلتزام بذلك

يشكل خرق واضح لشروط العضوية وقد يؤدي لفقدان العضوية.

.37 أي اعتداء لفظى او بدنى من أحد األعضاء أو الضيوف يتم اثباته

بشكل رسمى سيؤدي إلى طرد المعتدى من الصالة والغاء عضويته،

وال يكون لديه الحق في استعادة الرسوم المدفوعة.

38. The goal of creating social media platforms for VO2

GYM is to become a means of creating a social

framework and facilitating communication and

expressing opinions and impressions. Harsh and

seditious publications, including any content that our

administration deems inappropriate, the

administration will have the right to take legal

measures that Gym's right 1s reserved, and in the

event that the wrongdoer is proven, the

administration will have the right to prevent him

from entering the platform and cancel membership

without returning the fees paid as a response to that

disgraceful behavior.

39. Personal hygiene is mandatory, and any member who

causes any offense will be drawn to correct the

situation or leave the GYM. Membership may be

canceled based on a decision by the gym

management (VO2 Gym) after proving the incident

and signing the customer acknowledging of mistake.

GYM facilities:

40. The administration does not assume any

responsibility for theft or damage that occurs to the

member's personal belongings kept inside safes or

otherwise for any reason.

41. The use of mobile phones with cameras and/or other

types of video recordings inside the changing rooms

is strictly prohibited, and we ask members to ensure

that no one is harmed when using such equipment

within our facilities. It is the responsibility of

members to obtain the consent of other members in

the event that they accidentally appear in personal

photos or video clips.

42. Members and guests are not allowed to eat inside the

GYM.

43. The regular working hours of GYM are as they

appear from time to time on the website. The

administration shall reserve the right to adjust the

working hours for cleaning purposes, decoration

القاسية والتي تبعث على الفتنة، وتشمل أي محتوى ترى إدارتنا

أنه غير مالئم سيكوم من حق االدارة اتخاذ االجراءات القانونية

التى تحفظ حق الجيم وفى حالة اثبات الخطئ على المعتدى

سيكون من حق االدارة منعه من الدخول للمنصة والغاء

العضوية بدون إعادة الرسوم المدفوعة كرد فعل لذلك السلوك

المشين .

.39 النظافة الشخصية الزامية، وأي عضو يتسبب في أي إساءه

سوف يتم لفت نظره لتصحيح الوضع أو مغادرة الصالة وقد يتم

الغاء العضوية بناء على قرار من إدارة صالة في او تو جم

.(Gym 2VO (بعد اثبات الواقعة وتوقيع العميل باقراره عن

الخطئ

مرافق الصالة :

.40 اإلدارة ال تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن السرقة أو األضرار التي

تحدث للمتعلقات الشخصية للعضو المحفوظة داخل الخزائن أو

غيرها ألي سبب من األسباب .

.41 استخدام الهواتف النقالة التي بها كاميرات و/أو األنواع األخرى

من التسجيالت المرئية داخل غرف تغيير المالبس ممنوعة

قطعيا من األعضاء التأكدمن عدم المساس بأي شخص ،ً ونرجو

عند استخدام مثل هذه المعدات داخل مرافقنا .إن مسؤولية

األعضاء أن يحصلوا على موافقة األعضاء اآلخرين في حالة

ظهورهم بالصدفة في الصور الشخصية أو لقطات الفيديو

المصورة.

.42 األعضاء والضيوف غير مسموح لهم باألكل داخل الصالة.

.43 أوقات العمل العادية للصالة هي كما تظهر من وقت آلخر على

الموقع اإللكتروني .تحتفظ اإلدارة بالحق في ضبط ساعات

العمل ألغراض النظافة وإصالحات الديكور والفعاليات

االجتماعية الخاصة والعطالت مع اخذ باالعتبار ابالغ العمالء

قبلها بوقت كاف.

General Provisions:

47. All members must abide by the rules of the GYM,

which can be amended or added of items to them

from time to time, according to what the

administration deems appropriate after obtaining

approval from the competent authorities.

48. The management's failure to apply and enforce any

of its rights at any time for any period of time should

not be construed as a waiver of its rights.

49. Members and/or guests are not allowed to copy any

of the interior designs, decor, promotional materials,

logo, identity, content or graphics of our GYM, we

reserve the right to take legal action against any

member we find distributing, sharing or supplying a

third party, service provider or competitor with this

content.

50. The VO2 Gym website may automatically provide

search results by referring and/or linking to third

party websites on the Internet. We do not control

these sites or the content they contain. VO2 Gym

does not guarantee or represent that the content

contained on these sites is accurate, legal and/or non-

offensive. VO2 Gym has no power to control on the

content of any other party's site, and do not make any

guarantees or representations about these sites,

including ensuring that they do not contain viruses or

what affects your computer

أحكام عامة :

.44 يجوز لصالة في أو 2جيم (Gym 2VO(في حالة قيامك بخرق قوانين

الصالة أو انتهاك هذه الشروط واألحكام لفت نظرك بشأن الضرر الناتج

عن خرقك للقوانين واالحكام وتوقيع تعهد بعدم العودة وفى حالة تكرار

الخطئ سنضطر اسفين بالغاء عضويتك مع مراعاة ابالغك قبل الغاء

العضوية بوقت كاف مع اعادة باقى قيمة اشتراكك الغير مستخدم

.45 عرض وبيع أي حصص تدريبية شخصية خاصة أو بضائع من أي نوع

ألي عضو ممنوع ويتم لفت نظر المخالف وتوقيعه تعهد بعدم العودة

وفى حالة تكرار الخطئ سنضطر اسفين بالغاء عضويتك مع مراعاة

ابالغك قبل الغاء العضوية بوقت كاف مع اعادة باقى قيمة اشتراكك

الغير مستخدم مع احتفاظنا باتخاذ اإلجراءات القانونية لحفظ حقوق الجيم

.46 يجوز فقط للعاملين المجاز لهم من صالة في أو 2جيم (Gym 2VO(

إقامة حصص تدريبية شخصية ألعضاء صالة في أو 2جيم 2VO(

.(Gymيمكنك التعرف على العاملين المجازين بصالة في أو 2جيم

(Gym 2VO(من خالل أزيائهم أو االستعالم من اإلدارة عن أفراد

الفريق المتواجدين لهذا الغرض .

.47 على جميع األعضاء االلتزام بقوانين الصالة والتي يمكن تعديلها أو

إضافة بنود عليها من وقت آلخر حسب ما تراه اإلدارة بعد اخذ الموافقة

من الجهات المختصة

.48 عدم قيام اإلدارة بتطبيق وإنفاذ أي من حقوقها في أي وقت ألي مدة

زمنية يجب أال يتم تفسيره على أنه تنازل عن حقوقها.

.49 غير مسموح لألعضاء و/أو الضيوف بنسخ أي من التصاميم الداخلية

أو الديكور أو المواد الترويجية أو الشعار أو الهوية أو المضمون أو

الرسوم الخاصة بصالتنا .نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ إجراءات قانونيه ضد

أي عضو نجده يقوم بتوزيع أو مشاركة أو تزويد طرف ثالث أو مزود

خدمة أو منافس بهذه المحتويات.

.50 قد يقوم الموقع اإللكتروني لصالة في أو 2جيم (Gym 2VO(تلقائياً

بتقديم نتائج بحث باإلشارة و/أو بالربط مع مواقع إلكترونية لطرف ثالث

عبر شبكة اإلنترنت .نحن ال نسيطر على هذه المواقع أو على المحتويات
