>  BIKE TO THE BEATS BEGINNERS: Join us for a ride and dance experience—on a bike! Move your body to the beat, feel the heat, and get the party started! This class is suitable for all levels, with a focus on beginners.

> BIKE TO THE BEATS INTERMEDIATE: Do you like to sweat? Are you looking for a challenge? Rhythmic cycling will take your heart rate to a new adventure. You can burn anywhere between 300-800 kcal! The journey can be fun and intense sometimes but it’s worth the pain. This class is recommended for people who have at least attended more than 5 cycling classes.

See you in the dark room! If it is your first time, please ensure to turn up early so the instructor can familiarize you with the equipment.
