> ADVANCED RHYTHMIC RIDE: Do you like to sweat? Are you looking for a challenge? Rhythmic cycling will take your heart rate to a new adventure. You can burn anywhere between 300-800 kcal! The journey can be fun and intense sometimes but it’s worth the pain. Allow your body to experience a new sensation. This class is recommended for people who have at least attended more than 5 cycling classes.
